Just because a murderer confessed that he is a hired assassin or professional killer and killed because someone paid him or assaulted someone because someone paid him to do is not valid reason to be free but it it could become a strongest evidence for conviction of the crime.

 

The person or the the group who paid him must also prosecuted with the same crime.

He is quite stupid that he was not caught red handed by this sentence: ေနာက္လိုက္ေနာက္ပါ ခပ္ၿပိန္း ၿပိန္းအခ်ဳိ ့သာ ကိုယ့္ဆရာကိုင္စြဲထားတဲ့မူဝါဒတခုကို မေသမခ်င္းဆုပ္ကိုင္မိလို႔ ပိုက္ေဘာႀကီးေတြမိၿပီး ဒုကၡေရာက္ၾကရတာပါပဲ။

Self Incriminating Evidence or Confession could not exonerate a criminal from prosecution but he could become a prosecuting witness (UN ICC Witness) and entitled for the plea bargaining.
