The Myanmar military, known as Tatmadaw or Sit-Tat, is an institution to protect the people and defend the country. It is their profession and primary responsibility, but they turned against their civilians, which is the war on democracy. Russia and China have fully supported their war against our Myanmar civilians. Still, their counterparts in the U.N. security council seem to have no guts to supply our freedom fighters in Myanmar with military aid. I am disappointed that they failed to recognize their moral responsibility and uphold the right to protect civilians targeted by the military-terrorist in Myanmar. Myanmar’s people have determined to fight against the military-terrorist whether they receive military support and supplies from the international community. While China and Russia fully support the war on democracy in Myanmar, the biggest democracies are still busy with condemnations and statements without any tangible actions. This is the end of democracy. I have lost all my hopes in the international community, whose national interests undermine their morality and democratic values. Our pain and suffering are our only fuel to win in this fight against military-terrorist. People inside Myanmar have already demonstrated that they are determined to pay any price and cost.

I hate wars because of the pain and suffering of people and civilians, including vulnerable women and children who experience atrocities. My whole life, I have condemned all kinds of wars, and I think of myself as a non-violence/anti-war activist or human rights defender in Myanmar. Since its establishment, the military has committed crimes of all crimes, which have continued with total impunity until today. This impunity culture of the Myanmar military should have to be ended, but we need military aid to fight back against them. When China and Russia have been supporting Myanmar military terrorists, the members of the U.N. security council like the U.S., U.K., and French don’t have a ball against China and Russia for supporting the people of Myanmar.

But they still believe that the military junta will listen to their condemnations without action and step down to restore democracy. The military-terrorist has demonstrated that they have crossed all lines of humanity. All of the statements and diplomatic interventions from the international community don’t work on the military-terrorist. For the international community, this is the moment to consider every option to supply NUG-PDF/EAOs with military aid.

The military-terrorist war against civilians and peaceful protesters started last year and continue today. The people of Myanmar have a right to self-defense; powerful nations should support this right to supply our freedom fighters with military aid. Defending ourselves and fighting back against the military-terrorist is the only way to convince them to restore the pathway to democracy in Myanmar. All wars have negative impacts and consequences, but we must fight and win this war against the military-terrorist. We have already started fighting against them. တမီလ်‌ကိုယ်ပိုင်လွတ်လပ်တဲ့နိုင်ငံအဖြစ် နိုင်ငံတကာရဲ့ တရားဝင်အသိအမှတ်ပြုမှု မရရှိပေမယ့်လည်း တမီလ်ကျားအဖွဲ့ဟာ သီရိလင်္ကာနိုင်ငံမြောက်ပိုင်းမှာ အခြေစိုက်ဒေသ ထိန်းချုပ်ဒေသနဲ့ နှစ်ပေါင်း(၃၀)ကျော် ရပ်တည်နေနိုင်ခဲ့တယ်။ နောက်ပိုင်းမှာတော့ စစ်ရေးမဟုတ်တဲ့ပစ်မှတ်တွေအပေါ် တိုက်ခိုက်မှုတွေ လုပ်ကြံသတ်ဖြတ်မှုတွေကြောင့် အကြမ်းဖက်အဖွဲ့အဖြစ် နိုင်ငံတကာကသတ်မှတ်ပြီး အဖွဲ့ရပ်တည်ရခက်အောင် ပိတ်ဆို့မှုတွေကြုံခဲ့ရတယ်။ စစ်အတွင်းမှာ ဆန်ပြုတ်နဲ့အသက်ဆက်ရပြီး တမီလ်လူကြီးတွေက ဆန်ပြုတ်အရည်သောက်၊ ကလေးတွေက ဆန်ပြုတ်အဖတ်စားခဲ့ရသတဲ့။ အဲဒီ့အချိန်မှာ ဆင်ဟာလီမဘသလက်ဝါးကြီးအုပ်ထားတဲ့အစိုးရက ပြည်တွင်းစစ်ပွဲကြီးဆင်နွှဲပြီး တမီလ်ကျားသူပုန်တွေကို သွေးချောင်းစီးတိုက်ခိုက်ခဲ့တယ်၊ တမီလ်ကျားခေါင်းဆောင်ကို အစိုးရတပ်ဖွဲ့က သတ်ဖြတ်လိုက်နိုင်တာနဲ့ တခါတည်း တမီလ်ကျားအဖွဲ့ကိုဖြိုခွင်းနှိမ်နင်းလိုက်နိုင်သလို ပြည်တွင်းစစ်ကိုလည်း အဆုံးသတ်အနိုင်ယူခဲ့တယ်ပေါ့။

ဒီမှာက ကရင်၊ ကချင်၊ ရှမ်း၊ ချင်း အပါအဝင် ထင်ရှားတဲ့ လူမျိုးစု‌တော်လှန်ရေးခေါင်းဆောင်တွေ (နိုင်ငံရေးခေါင်းဆောင်တွေကိုရော၊ စစ်ရေးခေါင်းဆောင်တွေကိုရော) မြန်မာစစ်တပ်က သတ်ဖြတ်ခဲ့တာ အကြိမ်ကြိမ်ပဲ။ တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲလုပ်မယ်လို့ ရန်ကုန်ကို လိမ်ညာခေါ်ပြီးမှ ကလိမ်ကကျစ်လုပ်ကြံ လူသတ်အလောင်းဖျောက်ခဲ့တာတွေရောပေါ့။ ကရင်ခေါင်းဆောင်စောဘဦးကြီးဆိုရင် မြန်မာစစ်တပ်ကသတ်တဲ့အပြင် အလောင်းကိုအပိုင်းပိုင်းဖြတ်ပြီး ပင်လယ်ထဲပစ်ခဲ့တယ်လို့ဆိုတယ်။ ရက်စက်ကြမ်းကြုတ်ပုံတွေကတော့ ကမ်းကုန်အောင်ပဲ။ ဒါပေမဲ့ အဲဒီ့လို တော်လှန်ရေးခေါင်းဆောင်တွေကို အကြိမ်ကြိမ် သတ်ဖြတ်ခဲ့ပေမယ့် ဘယ်တုန်းကမှ တော်လှန်ရေးကိုမဖြိုခွင်းနိုင်ခဲ့ဖူးသလို ပွဲသိမ်းအနိုင်ရတယ်ဆိုတာလည်း မရှိခဲ့ဖူးပါဘူး။ တော်လှန်ရေးအင်အားစုအသီးသီးဟာ ကြာလေ ပိုစနစ်ကျ ပိုဝါရင့် ပိုခိုင်မာ ပိုကြီးထွားလာကြလေပါပဲ။ လူနှစ်ယောက်တပိုင်းလောက် သို့မဟုတ် လူနှစ်ဒါဇင်လောက်နဲ့ စတင်ခဲ့လေ့ရှိတဲ့ လူမျိုး‌စုတော်လှန်ရေးအဖွဲ့တွေဟာ အခုဆိုရင် အင်အားကြီးအဖွဲ့တွေဖြစ်လာကြသလို နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေးမှာ ဗမာပြည်အလယ်ပိုင်းကိုပါ အဓိကကျားကန်ပေးနေတဲ့အနေအထားတောင် ရှိနေကြပါပြီ။ ဒါကြောင့် အခုလည်း ဦးဆောင်သူအချို့ကို သတ်ဖြတ်လိုက်တာကြောင့် တော်လှန်ရေးကိုဖြိုခွင်းနိုင်မှာမဟုတ်တဲ့အပြင် ပိုအင်အားကြီးထွားလာဖို့လောင်စာဖြည့်ပေးလိုက်သလိုပါပဲ။

အကြမ်းဖက်တံဆိပ်နဲ့ State actor & Non-State actor

တကယ်ဆိုရင် မြန်မာစစ်တပ်ဟာ အကြမ်းဖက်အဖွဲ့အဖြစ် လက္ခဏာရပ်တွေအားလုံးရှိနေပေမယ့် အကြမ်းဖက်အဖွဲ့အဖြစ် နိုင်ငံတကာကမသတ်မှတ်သေးပါဘူး။ မြန်မာစစ်တပ်ကို နိုင်ငံတကာက State actorအဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်နေသေးတာဟာ ပြဿနာပါ။

State actorဖြစ်မှုနဲ့ Non-state actorဖြစ်မှုကလည်း စကားပြောပါတယ်။ Non-state actorသာ ဆိုရင်တော့ အကြမ်းဖက်အဖွဲ့အဖြစ် ပိုလွယ်လွယ်ကူကူ သတ်မှတ်ခံရလေ့ ရှိပါတယ်။

တရားဝင်အသိအမှတ်ပြုမှု မခံရတာထက် တံဆိပ်တပ်ခံရတာက ပိုဆိုးကျိုးရှိ

တော်လှန်ရေးဟာ အခုအချိန်ထိ Non-state actorsတွေရဲ့ တော်လှန်ရေးအဖြစ် ရုန်းကန်နေရဆဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

နိုင်ငံတကာ legitimacyနဲ့ recognition တရားဝင် အသိအမှတ်ပြုမှု မရသေးရင်လည်း ကိုယ့်ဘာသာ ရုန်းကန်ပြီး ဆက်ရပ်တည်သွားလို့ ရပါသေးတယ်။

ဒါပေမဲ့ အကြမ်းဖက်အဖွဲ့အဖြစ် နိုင်ငံတကာရဲ့တရားဝင်သတ်မှတ်ခံရရင်တော့ ဆက်ရုန်းကုန်ရပ်တည်ဖို့ လမ်းပိတ်သွားတတ်တယ်။ အကျိုးထက် အဆိုးက ပိုကြီးတတ်တယ်။

ဒါကြောင့် ပြည်သူ့တော်လှန်ရေးကို လမ်းချော်ပြီး ထောင်ချောက်ထဲပြုတ်ကျအောင် ဆိုးဆိုးဝါးဝါးလုပ်နေတဲ့ ပါတီဝင်လူသိများသူတချို့ကို ပါတီကထိန်းကြောင်းသင့်တယ်လို့ ထင်ပါတယ်။ အခု စစ်တပ်ဟာ တမင်တကာကို အ‌ရပ်ဝတ်‌တွေနဲ့ ဝရုန်းသုန်းကားအခြေအနေကို ဖန်တီးနေတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ တချိန်တည်းမှာပဲ စစ်တပ်က လိုချင်တဲ့အတိုင်း တမင်ဆွနေတဲ့အတိုင်း တော်လှန်ရေးသမားတွေကို စည်းလွတ်ဝါးလွတ်လုပ်အောင် ပါတီဆယ်လီတွေက လှုံ့ဆော်နေတာတွေ viralဖြစ်နေတာ တွေ့တယ်။

အဲ့တော့ စစ်တပ်က အခုမှ စ သတ်ပြနေတာတော့ မဟုတ်ဖူး… မာမီစုရဲ့ ဖေဖေ့ တပ်မတော်ကြီးကို ချစ်ပါတယ် ဆိုပြီး ဘောသွားမခဲ့တာကို ရေလိုက် ငါးလိုက် လုပ်ပြီး ပေါ်ပင်မှာ ပျော်ရွှင်ခဲ့ကြတဲ့ “we stand with you” မေမေ့အကွက်တွေ လှလိုက်တာ… “ဘာရမလဲ သာဝရာ” လုပ်ခဲ့ကြတဲ့ လဒူတွေက အခုမှ မျက်ပြူးဆံပြာ ထဖြစ်နေတာပဲလေ…

အဲ့ ကိုယ့်ဖာကို ဘာကို ဆန့်ကျင်ပြီး ဘာကိုထောက်ခံရမှန်း မသိပဲ “we stand with ဘလာ ဘလာ” အကျင့် မပျောက်လို့ကတော့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ… ဖုန်းမော်တို့ ဝင်းမော်ဦးတို့ ဇေယျာသော်တို့ ဂျင်မီတို့လို လူသိရှင်ကြား အများကြီးထပ် ထွက်လာအုံးမှာ ဖြစ်သလို လူမသိ သူမသိနဲ့ လူမျိုးစုပေါင်းစုံကြားမှာ တဖြုတ်ဖြုတ်ကြွေနေကြရအုံးမှာပဲ… အဲ့ဒီ လူမျိုးစုတွေထဲက သတ်ခံခဲ့ကြရတဲ့ လူတွေအတွက် ဝမ်းနည်း ပူဆွေးနေကြချိန် သပြေခက်တွေနဲ့ ကြိုဆိုပြီး ကြက်ဥကြော် PF တွေ ချိန်းခဲ့ကြတာ… ဒေါ်စုရဲ့ ဘောမ plan ကြီးကို ဝိုင်း အပြစ်တင်လို့ အသားထဲကလောက်ကောင် ပြည်ပအားကို ပုဆိန်ရိုး လို့ အခေါ်ခံရပြီး SP အားရပါးရ လုပ်ခံ ခဲ့ကြရတဲ့ လူတွေရော ဘယ်သူတွေလဲ မှတ်မိကြလား…

အစ္စလာမိုအလိုင်ကွမ်း

မနေ့က ကျွန်တော့်ရဲ့ BHRN နဲ့ အင်တာဗျူးကို နားထောင်ပြီး ညီနောင်တစ်ချို့ ကျွန်တော့်အပေါ် နားလည်မှုလွဲမှား နေတာကို တွေ့ရပြီး အထူးစိတ်မကောင်းဖြစ်မိတယ်။

ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီး ဘယ်သူတွေဘယ်လိုကူညီတယ်ဆိုတာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ သိသလို၊ အထူးသဖြင့် အင်မတန် လိုအပ်တဲ့အချိန် ၂၀၁၂ ခုနှစ် နောက်ပိုင်းမှာ လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားတဲ့ အထောက်အပံ့တွေ ပေးပို့ခဲ့တဲ့ မြန်မာမွတ်စလင်အသိုင်းအဝိုင်းရဲ့ မေတ္တာတရားတွေကို ဘယ်တော့မှ မေ့ပျောက်လို့ရမှာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ အလားတူ ရိုဟင်ဂျာအရေးအတွက် ပြည်တွင်းက တိုင်းရင်းသားညီအစ်ကို မောင်နှမများ၊ မွတ်စလင်ညီအစ်ကိုမောင်နှမများရဲ့ တစ်စိုက်မတ်မတ် ကြိုးပမ်းအားထုတ်မှုတွေကို အမြဲအသိအမှတ်ပြု ကျေးဇူးတင်ပါတယ်။

ကျွန်တော့်အင်တာဗျူးမှာ အဓိကရည်ရွယ်ပြီး ပြောဆိုခဲ့တာက ICJ, ICC နဲ့ အာဂျင်တီးနားအမှုတွေနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီး ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေက ဦးဆောင်ပြီး လုပ်ဆောင်နေတယ်ဆိုတာကို ပြောခဲ့တာပါ။

ရိုဟင်ဂျာများနဲ့ သွေးစည်းညီညွတ်ရေး (Solidarity) နဲ့ နိုင်ငံတကာက တရားရုံးများ (ICJ, ICC နဲ့ အာဂျင်တီးနား) ကိစ္စတွေကို သေချာခွဲခြား မြင်စေချင်ပါတယ်။ ရိုဟင်ဂျာများနဲ့ သွေးစည်းညီညွတ်ပြီး ရိုဟင်ဂျာအရေးကိစ္စတွေမှာ နည်းလမ်းပေါင်းစုံနဲ့ ပါဝင်နေသူ လူမျိုးပေါင်းစုံ၊ ဘာသာပေါင်းစုံက ရှိပါတယ်။ သို့သော် ကျွန်တော် ထပ်လောင်း ပြောပါမယ်။ ICJ, ICC နဲ့ အာဂျင်တီးနားအမှု ကိစ္စတွေကိုကျတော့ ကာယကံရှင်တွေဖြစ်တဲ့ ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေကသာ ဦးဆောင်နေတာပါ။

ကျွန်တော့်ရဲ့ အင်တာဗျူးကို နားလည်မှုလွှဲအောင် ရေးသားပြီး ညီနောင်များအကြား သွေးခွဲသပ်လျှိုနေတာတွေကို သတိပြုပါ။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ ဘုံရန်သူက စစ်တပ်ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

သူများလုပ်တဲ့အလုပ်ကို ကိုယ်လုပ်သလိုနဲ့ ဆိုရှယ်မီဒီယာမှာ လိမ်ညာရေးသားနေတာတွေကို မယုံကြဖို့ မေတ္တာရပ်ခံလိုပါတယ်။

Congratulations and TQVM, Rohingya leaders and BHRN for this interview. We ALL agree that the Argentina, ICJ & ICC’s actions and effects are due to the sufferings or sacrifices of Rohingyas and the capacity of Rohingya leaders.

TQ that Ko Tun Khin for acknowledging the help of OTHERS: Myanmar Muslims, International groups and other Ethnic Minorities. This is just 1st step of success only, not yet full verdict of sentencing the genocidist criminal Myanmar Military, USDP, Ma Ba Tha, NLD, Myanmar journalists and criminal lobbyists.

I wish to highlight one thing, please give due respect to others and be honest. In about 1995, before FB and even the very early stage of blogs we use to communicate with e-mails. I sent my well researched “Roots, Fruits and Dreams of Muslims of Myanmar” (more than 100 pages) to one of the Rohingya leaders by e-mail. I used the Pseudonym Maha Bandoola @ Mohamad Bin Abdullah. Later after few years that was published fully in a Rohingya blog except the name of author. That was the basic of my Islamic posts in Wikipedia.

And I have seen a lot of news and photos of Myanmar Muslims altered as Rohingya news/ photos. I even complaint to one Ro leader who spoke @ Geneva using Meiktila Masjid and other pictures as if Rohingyas’. When I complaint to that person, he/she apologized and said that he/she had prepared but forgot in the interview.

My family and I had tried to help numerous Rohingyas, MaShaAllah, introduced successfully to top political leaders but most of them forgot and Dr Z and Dr Tun A’s children even attacked me for nothing.
