ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေ အပေါ် လူမျိုးတုံးသတ်ဖြတ်မှုမှာ စစ်အုပ်စုနဲ့အတူ ရခိုင်နိုင်ငံရေးသမားတချို့ ကိုယ်တိုင်ကိုယ်ကျ ထဲထဲဝင်ဝင် ပါဝင်ခဲ့ကြတာကို ရှင်းရှင်းလင်းလင်း တွေ့နိုင်ပါတယ်။ ရိုဟင်ဂျာ လူမျိုးတုန်းသတ်ဖြတ်မှုကို မှားယွင်းထောက်ခံမှု၊ ရှုံ့ချကန့်ကွက်ဖို့ ပျက်ကွက်မှုတွေကို သာမန်ရခိုင်လူထုတွေ ကိုယ်တိုင် လိုလိုလားလား ရှက်စိတ်ဝင်မှသာ လူမျိုးရေး မှိုင်းက လွတ်မှာပါ။ တဖက်မှာ စစ်အုပ်စုနဲ့ ပူးပေါင်း ကျူးလွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ ရခိုင်နိုင်ငံရေးသမား တချို့ကို ရခိုင် တရားစီရင်ရေး စနစ်နဲ့ ဖြစ်စေ၊ နိုင်ငံတကာ တရားစီရင်ရေးစနစ်နဲ့ ဖြစ်စေ၊ ရခိုင်ပြည်သူတရပ်လုံးရဲ့ လူမှုဒဏ်ခတ်မှုနဲ့ ဖြစ်စေ သူတို့ရဲ့ ပြစ်မှုတွေ အတွက် အပြစ်ပေးအရေးယူနိုင်မှသာ လူမျိုးတုန်းသတ်ဖြတ်မှု ကျူးလွန်သူတွေ အဖြစ် စာရင်းသွင်းခံထားရတာကနေ လွတ်မြောက်နိုင်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ဒီနေရာမှာ တခု ထပ်ပြောလိုတာက အခု ရိုဟင်ဂျာဆိုတဲ့ ဝိသေသ လက္ခဏာကို ရခိုင်တွေ လက်မခံနိုင်ကြသလို လွတ်လပ်ပြီးစမှာ ရခိုင် ဝိသေသလက္ခဏာကို ဗမာတွေ လက်မခံလို ကြဘူး။ (မြန်မာ့လွတ်လပ်ရေး ကြေညာစာတမ်းမှာတောင် ရခိုင်ကို လူမျိုး တမျိုးအဖြစ် ထည့် မရေးထားဘူး) ဒါ့ကြောင့် ဘာသာစကား၊ ယဉ်ကျေးမှု၊ သမိုင်းကြောင်းအရ ဗမာအောက်က မဟုတ်ပဲ သီးခြား တည်ရှိခဲ့ကြောင်း ၁၉၄၈-၆၂ တောက်လျှောက် တည်ဆောက်ခဲ့ရတယ်။ ၇၄ မှာမှ အမည်ခံ ပြည်နယ်ရပြီး သီးခြားလူမျိုးအဖြစ် ရပ်တည်နိုင်ခဲ့တာမျိုး ရှိတယ်။ ဒီလိုမျိုး ခံခဲ့ရတဲ့ လူမျိုးတမျိုး အနေနဲ့ အနီးက လူမျိုးတမျိုးရဲ့ မိမိကိုယ်ကို မည်သူ မည်ဝါ ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ဖော်ညွှန်းခေါ်ဆိုခွင့်ကို အသိအမှတ် ပြုဖို့ သင့်တယ်လို့ ကျနော် မြင်ပါတယ်။
နောက်တခုက ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေနဲ့ အပြိုင် ၁၉၄၀ ဝန်းကျင်မှာ စစ်တကောင်းဒေသက ရခိုင်စကားပြောတဲ့ လူအုပ်စုတစုဟာ မော့ဂ်/မောက် Mog လို့ တောက်လျှောက် အခေါ်ခံလာရတာကနေ မရမာ Marama လို့ ပြောင်းလဲ သမုတ်ခဲ့တယ်။ အခုအခါ ဘင်္ဂလာ အသိုင်းအဝိုင်းမှာ မရမာကို အတွန့်တက် ကန့်ကွက်ပြီး “မရမာကို ရခိုင်လို့ ခေါ်ရမယ်၊ ဒီကောင်တွေက ရခိုင်နယ်ချဲ့တွေနဲ့ အတူ ငါတို့ ဘင်္ဂလားကို ကျူးကျော်လာတဲ့ ကောင်တွေ၊ ကျွန်ပြုလာတဲ့ကောင်တွေ၊ ဒီကောင်တွေကို ကမ့်သွင်းပြီး မဲပေးခွင့်သိမ်းကြ” ဆိုပြီး လှုံ့ဆော်တဲ့လူ ရှားပါတယ်။ သန်း ရာချီ ရှိတဲ့ လူအုပ်စုနဲ့ အတူနေရတဲ့ အတွက် သိမ်ငယ်စိတ်တွေ၊ စိုးရိမ်မှုတွေ ရှိပေမယ့် ဒီဖက်ခြမ်းက ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေ ခံရသလို မခံကြရပါဘူး။

Muslims have The Right to Protest Against Tyranny of Government
Amongst the rights that Islam has conferred on human beings is the right to protest against government’s tyranny.
Referring to it the Quran says:
“God does not love evil talk in public unless it is by someone who has been injured thereby” (4:148).
God gives the person, who has been the victim of injustice or tyranny, the right to openly protest against the injury that has been done to him.
The Holy Quran has described this quality of the Faithful in the following words:
“They enjoin what is proper and forbid what is improper” (9:71).
The Quran mentions: “They bid what is improper and forbid what is proper” (9:67).
The Prophet has said:
“If any one of you comes across an evil, he should try to stop it with his hand (using force), if he is not in a position to stop it with his hand then he should try to stop it by means of his tongue (meaning he should speak against it). If he is not even able to use his tongue then he should at least condemn it in his heart. This is the weakest degree of faith” (Muslim).
So revolution against the TYRANT Myanmar Military is a form of Jihad. You can fight with the sword (weapon), TONGUE (protest) or Pen (Playcards, billboards or on INTERNET posts e.g. Face Book, Blogs, Twitter, YouTube, Instigram etc.
This post is my answer as IT IS CLEARLY A POLITICAL QUESTION and not a pure religious question.

Except the feeble among men, and the women, and the children, who are unable to devise a plan and are not shown a way. (98)
As for such, it may be that Allah will pardon them. Allah is ever Clement, Forgiving. (99)
Who so migrate for the cause of Allah will find much refuge and abundance in the earth, and who so forsake his home, a fugitive unto Allah and His messenger, and death overtake him, his reward is then incumbent on Allah. Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful. (100)

There are also sayings that put strict limits on the duty of obedience. Two dicta attributed to the Prophet and universally accepted as authentic are indicative.
One says, “there is no obedience in sin”; in other words, if the ruler orders something contrary to the divine law, not only is there no duty of obedience, but there is a duty of disobedience.

တကယ်တမ်းက မြန်မာပြည်မှာ “ရိုဟင်ဂျာမျိုးတုန်းအောင်လုပ်မှု Genocide” ဖြစ်ခဲ့တယ်/ဖြစ်နေတယ်လို့ Gambia နိုင်ငံက ICJ မှာစွပ်စွဲတာဟာ ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေကို သိန်းသောင်းချီတကယ်တမ်းသတ်ဖြတ်တယ်/မသတ်ဖြတ်ဘူးဆိုတာထက် “Slow Genocide လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ အမျိုးတိမ်ကောပျောက်ပျက်သွားအောင်လုပ်နေတယ်” ဆိုတဲ့အချက်ဟာ အဓိကဖြစ်တယ်ဆိုတာ မြန်မာပြည်သားအများစုကမသိကြဘူူး။
ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်ကလဲနားမလည်ဘူး။ အဲဒါအဆိုးဆုံးဖြစ်သွားတာ။ သူသိတာက ဒီလောက်ကြီးပြောရလောက်အောင် လူတွေဒီလောက်မသေပါဘူးဆိုတာပဲ။
သူကစပြီး ရိုဟင်ဂျာကို ရိုဟင်ဂျာလို့မခေါ်ဘဲ ဘင်္ဂလီလို့ခေါ်တော့ လူမျိုး တစု ရှိမှန်း/မရှိမှန်းလေ့လာအဖြေရှာရေးမဟုတ်တော့ဘဲ သူကိုယ်တိုင်က ဒီလူမျိုးတွေကိုနာမည်ကအစ အစဖျောက်တဲ့တရားခံဖြစ်နေရော။
FB နဲ့ Social မီဒီယာတွေမှာ ICJ က အချက်အလက်တွေတောင်းတယ်ဆိုတာအဲဒါပဲ။ လုမျိုူး/လူအစုအဖွဲ့တခုကို မြန်မာတပြည်လုံးမှာ လူတွေကဘယ်လောက်များသည်းကြီးမဲကြီးဆန့်ကျင်မုန်းတီးနေကြသလဲဆိုတဲ့ အချက်အလက်အတိအကျကိုဖေါ်ထုတ်ဘို့ပဲ။ အများစု (ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာ) လူထုကြီး သူတို့ကိုယ်သူတို့ ရိုဟင်ဂျာလို့ခေါ်စေချင်တဲ့ အနည်းစု (မူဆလင်တွေ)ကို ဒီလောက်မုန်းနေတယ်၊ သက်ဆိုင်ရာအစိုးရကလဲ ညှိနှိုင်းအကာအကွယ်ပေးခြင်းမရှိဘူးဆိုတာ Slow Genocide တဖြည်းဖြည်းချင်းအစဖျောက်တဲ့သဘောပဲ။ ICJ မှာ မြန်မာ့အရေးဟာ ရှုံးဘို့သေချာသလောက်ဖြစ်နေပြီ။ အခုစစ်တပ် လုပ်နေတဲ့ပုံနဲ့ဆိုပိုဆိုးမယ်။
တကယ်တမ်းမှာ ဒေါ်စုဟာ လူထုအပေါ်သြဇာညောင်းတဲ့ခေါင်းဆောင်ပါ။ လူထုရဲ့အတွေးအမြင်ကို ချက်ခြင်းကြီးမဟုတ်တောင် တဖြည်းဖြည်းတည့်မတ်သွားအောင် လုပ်ချင်ရင်လုပ်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ သူဟာ သတ္တိမရှိခဲ့ဘူး။
ရိုဟင်ဂျာကိစ္စအပေါ်သူက စာနာကြောင်းပြလိုက်မိယင် မဘသနဲ့ စစ်တပ်ကအမြတ်ထုတ်သွားမယ်၊ လူထုကသူ့ကိုအထင်လွဲသွားမယ်ဆိုတဲ့စိုးရိမ်စိတ်တွေဘဲကြီးစိုးခဲ့တယ်။
လူ့အခွင့်အရေးဦးစားပေးသူတဦး Human Rights Icon အဖြစ်ထင်ပေါ်ပြီး တကမ္ဘာလုံးကဝိုင်းမြှောက်စားတာခံခဲ့ရပေမဲ့ သူကအာဏာတဝက်တပျက်လဲရရော “ကျမဟာ နိုင်ငံရေးသမားပါ”လို့ကြေငြာပြီး လူ့အခွင့်အရေးကိစ္စတွေအားလုံးအပေါ်သစ္စာဖေါက်သွားခဲ့တယ်။ အဲဒါကြောင့်ပဲ သူ့ကိုတကမ္ဘာလုံးကဝိုင်းရှုံချခဲ့တာပေါ့။
အခုသူအဖမ်းခံရတော့ သူ့အတွက်ရှေ့ထွက်ပြီးတောင်းဆိုပေးတဲ့ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရးနိုဗယ်ဆုရှင်တယောက်မှမရှိပါဘူး။ ကမ္ဘာ့ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးအဖွဲ့တွေကလဲသူ့ကိုလှည့်မကြည့်တော့ဘူူး။
တကယ်တမ်းမှာတော့ဒေါ်စုဟာ နိုင်ငံရေးမှာလဲ ခပ်ညံ့ညံ့ Populist politician “အများကြိုက်လိုက်ရောချရာထူးယူတဲ့နိုင်ငံရေးသမား” အဆင့်ကတက်မလာခဲ့ပါဘူး။ ကိုယ့်ကိုကိုယ်သိပ်အထင်ကြီးလွန်းခဲ့ပြီး အောက်ခြေလွတ် ထင်ရာစိုင်းနေခဲ့တဲ့အတွက် နိုင်ငံအတွင်းကပြဿနာတွေကို အတိမ်အနက်အမှန်အကန်တွက်ဆနိုင်စွမ်းမရှိခဲ့ပါဘူး။
နိုင်ငံရေးအတွက်အချက်ညံ့ဖျင်းခဲ့လွန်းပြီး နိုင်ငံရေးကစားကွက်တွေကိုမှန်အောင်မရွှေ့နိုင်ခဲ့လို့ စစ်တပ်က အခုလိုအခွင့်ကောင်းယူ အမြတ်ထုတ်သွားတာကိုခံလိုက်ရတာပါ။ အခုလဲ အဂတိလိုက်စားသူနိုင်ငံရေးအကျင့်ပျက်တဦးအဖြစ် ဟုတ်သော်ရှိ မဟုတ်သော်ရှိ စစ်တပ်ရဲ့ပုံဖျက်မှုဒဏ်ကိုဆက်ခံရတော့မှာပါ။ ဒါသူညံ့လို့ပါလို့ပြောရင်လဲ ကျမဟာတဖက်သတ်မညှာမတာပြောတယ်လို့ထင်ကြပါလိမ့်မယ်။
မတရားအဏာသိမ်းပြီး လူတွေကိုသတ်နေတာစစ်တပ်မှာအပြစ်ရှိတယ်။ ဒီလိုပြဿနာမဖြစ်အောင် နိုင်ငံရေးနည်းနဲ့မတားဆီးနိုင်ခဲ့တဲ့အတွက် ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်မှာတာဝန်ရှိတယ်။ သူဟာ တိုင်းပြည်နဲ့လူခုကိုမပြောနဲ့ နိုင်ငံရေးသမားအမည်ခံပြီး ကိုယ့်လုပ်ရပ်တွေကိုတောင် ကိုယ်လုံအောင်မလုပ်နိုင်ခဲ့ဘူး။
