Overnight, at the Miss Grand International beauty pageant in Bangkok, a tearful Myanmar contender, Han Lay, pleaded for peace. “I deeply feel sorry for all the people who have lost their lives on the streets,” she said in an emotional address, before singing Michael Jackson’s Heal the World. “Please help Myanmar, we need your urgent international help right now.”
Heal the World by Michael Jackson (Think about um, the generations And ah, say we want to make it a better place for our children And our children’s children so that they, they They, they know it’s a better world for them And think if they can make it a better place) There’s a place in your heart And I know that it is love And this place it was brighter than tomorrow And if you really try You’ll find there’s no need to cry In this place you’ll feel there’s no hurt or sorrow There are ways to get there If you care enough for the living Make a little space Make a better place Heal the world Make it a better place For you and for me, and the entire human race There are people dying If you care enough for the living Make a better place for you and for me If you want to know why There’s love that… LyricFind

Referring to it the Quran says: “God does not love evil talk in public unless it is by someone who has been injured thereby” (4:148). God gives the person, who has been the victim of injustice or tyranny, the right to openly protest against the injury that has been done to him. The Holy Quran has described this quality of the Faithful in the following words: “They enjoin what is proper and forbid what is improper” (9:71). The Quran mentions: “They bid what is improper and forbid what is proper” (9:67). The Prophet has said: “If any one of you comes across an evil, he should try to stop it with his hand (using force), if he is not in a position to stop it with his hand then he should try to stop it by means of his tongue (meaning he should speak against it). If he is not even able to use his tongue then he should at least condemn it in his heart. This is the weakest degree of faith” (Muslim).

This post is my answer as IT IS CLEARLY A POLITICAL QUESTION and not a pure religious question.

In the Qur’an: Al-Baqara Lo! those who believe, and those who emigrate (to escape the persecution) and strive in the way of Allah, these have hope of Allah’s mercy. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. (218)…So DON’T stay under the TYRANT Military Gov. IF you don’t have the courage or power to revolt!
In the Qur’an: An-Nisa Lo! as forthose whom the angels take (in death) while they wrong themselves, The angels will ask: In what were ye engaged? They will say: We were oppressed in the land. (The angels) will say: Was not Allah’s earth spacious that ye could have migrated therein? As for such, their habitation will be hell, an evil journey’s end; (97) Except the feeble among men, and the women, and the children, who are unable to devise a plan and are not shown a way. (98) As for such, it may be that Allah will pardon them. Allah is ever Clement, Forgiving. (99) Who so migrate for the cause of Allah will find much refuge and abundance in the earth, and who so forsake his home, a fugitive unto Allah and His messenger, and death overtake him, his reward is then incumbent on Allah. Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful. (100)

There are also sayings that put strict limits on the duty of obedience. Two dicta attributed to the Prophet and universally accepted as authentic are indicative.
One says, “there is no obedience in sin”; in other words, if the ruler orders something contrary to the divine law, not only is there no duty of obedience, but there is a duty of disobedience.
This is more than the right of revolution that appears in Western political thought. It is a duty of revolution, or at least of disobedience and opposition to authority. The other pronouncement, “do not obey a creature against his creator,” again clearly limits the authority of the ruler, whatever form of ruler that may be.[33]

Jihad is classified into inner (“greater”) jihad, which involves a struggle against one’s own base impulses, and external (“lesser”) jihad, which is further subdivided into…
Jihad of the pen/tongue (debate or persuasion) and jihad of the sword.

From the time of the our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), the final prophet of Islam, many Muslim states and empires have been involved in warfare. The concept of jihad, the religious duty to struggle, has long been associated with struggles for promoting a religion, Islamic jurisprudence on war differentiates between illegitimate and legitimate warfare and prescribes proper and improper conduct by combatants.
Numerous conquest wars as well as armed anti-colonial military campaigns were waged as jihads. Fighting is justified for legitimate self-defense, to aid other Muslims, and after a violation in the terms of a treaty; but should be stopped if these circumstances cease to exist. Jihad was declared obligatory and a religious duty for all Chinese Muslims against Japan after 1937 during the Second Sino-Japanese War.
